How does Hue U work?
Hue U turns your photos into coloring book pages using AI. You can color the pages digitally on the web or in our iOS app, then order a professionally printed coloring book delivered to your door. Generating pages uses credits, which you can buy on the web or in the iOS app.
Orders, shipping & printing
Printed books are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Lulu. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are shown before you confirm an order. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier. If you have a question about an order in progress, email us with your order number.
Refunds & damaged books
If your printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Credits and successful generations are non-refundable, and we can't refund dissatisfaction with AI page quality since you preview every page before ordering. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Credits & billing
You can buy credits on the web or in our iOS app. Web purchases are handled securely by Stripe; purchases inside the iOS app go through Apple's In-App Purchase. Each image generation uses one credit, deducted when processing begins. If you think you were charged in error, email us and we'll investigate.
Because of Apple's rules, credits you buy in the iOS app and credits you buy on the web are kept as separate balances and can't be combined: each credit is spent on the platform where you bought it. Your coloring pages and projects, on the other hand, are tied to your account and available everywhere you sign in, no matter where the credits came from.
Account & your data
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. In the app, go to your account settings, or email support@mail.hueu.ai and we'll take care of it. To learn how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
